Lunkenheimer Mixers

F. Lunkenheimer & Co. Building

Should there be any text here about the history of this building or what a Lunkenheimer Mixer is (for those of us who don't know) or is it just something anyone who goes to your page would know?

1/4 Scale Lunkenheimer Mixer from Morrison & Marvin Casting Designed by Bob Nawa

"Exact Quarter Scale Investment Cast 3/4" Lunkenheimer"

I scaled the Model "C" Gade engine years ago and cast a solid Lunkenheimer with plans to make a simple mixer that looked like a Lunkenheimer.

I did not consider a functional Lunkenheimer that small could ever be made. Along came Bob Nawa and made a working mixer for his engine.

Bob now offers his plans at no cost. Even if you never build a Lunkenheimer. you will learn tricks of fixture building and tiny machining. Download it now and enjoy learning the complex machining sequence from an expert.

Lunkenheimer castings are available on the order page.
